Coaching
Coaching is our cornerstone. We provide matchmaking, free chemistry calls with coaches we recommend for you, and a managed service throughout. For companies, we also offer “3-way” kick-offs and concluding sessions that bring together coach, coachee and sponsor to align on goals at the outset, and relay progress as we conclude.

Teams
Individual performance is critical. But if the team is dysfunctional, then no-one’s moving forwards. Team coaching is ideal for moments when the group seems to be “stuck” (which might be conflict, or the lack of it) - or simply, would like to move a whole lot faster. It’s ideal for newly formed, re-formed, or evolving leadership teams looking to grow.

Communications
Our communications specialists support you to master the art of how you look, sound, and come across to others, and even encompasses voice coaching for any tricky vocal issues. Whether your audience is the Chair of the Board, or a ‘town hall’ of several hundred, we can support you to go from blank stares, to really “getting it.”

Workshops
We offer a range of ready-to-ship, tried-and-tested workshops ideal for away days, management development programmes, animation activities and curricula for incubators and accelerators.
