Helen is a coach and strategic facilitator. She works with leaders and organisations at points of inflection: a change in trajectory, a need to shift strategy, or a growing sense that the way they’re operating isn’t quite working for them anymore, or won’t get them where they want to go next.
A former startup COO as well as strategy consultant, Helen helps people and teams bridge the gap between working out what they need to do, and how they’re actually going to make it happen.
Style & Approach
Helen’s style is calm and gently direct. She’s not a cheerleader but a thinking partner who will challenge you as much as support you. She asks questions that are sometimes uncomfortable, creates space to think properly, and helps surface what’s important but not immediately obvious.
She doesn’t work from scripts or playbooks but from what’s actually in the room. A key part of her skill set is helping make complex problems simple, without them becoming simplistic.
