Rebecca works with individuals and teams. Her focus is on the behaviours that are at the heart of effective communication. Working with each leader’s unique style, she supports her clients to have greater impact, be confident in communication, hone their message and build deeper connections with their audience. Her background as a professional actor informs her work.
Her client roster includes finance, business services, manufacturing, tech, media and retail. She particularly enjoys working with those who are new to leadership.

Rebecca acts as a thought-partner to her clients, creating space for reflection, deeper self-awareness, a deeper connection to themselves, and to creativity. This approach unlocks stuck narratives, supports her clients to build on their strengths and develops confidence. Sessions are a moment in which clients have a chance to step back from the day-to-day pressures, to fully examine what is working and what is not, and to redefine their sense of purpose.
