About Laura
Laura is a coach and counsellor. She divides her work between coaching leaders to improve their wellbeing, and offering low-cost counselling services for charities working in mental health.
She believes that our physical and mental health are intricately intertwined, and has a deep interest in the neurobiology of attachment and how our early experiences can shape our intra- and inter-personal relations into the present.
Laura is a former lawyer and holds Master’s degrees in both psychology and law, as well as a bachelor’s degree in languages from Oxford University.
Style & Approach
Laura is warm, welcoming and compassionate. She creates a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, whilst remaining resolutely practical: she was formerly a solicitor, after all!
In addition to her MSc in Psychology, Laura is also engaged in ongoing psychotherapeutic training. She supports her coaching clients to make major gains in their wellbeing. With greater awareness not only of how you perceive the world around you, but also how you perceive yourself, her clients become able to influence their habitual patterns of thinking and behaviour.
Laura also provides a clinical eye and a safeguard across fuseco.’s engagements, and is able to support in cases where a coaching goal may sit at the boundary of the therapeutic.
