Fuse Coaching Collective Ltd — June 2026. Contact: hello@fuseco.uk

This explains what information we hold about you, why, and what you can do about it. We've kept it short enough to actually read.

Coaching clients. We hold your contact details, role, and engagement records for one purpose: delivering the coaching you or your organisation have engaged us for (lawful basis: contract). What's said in the room stays in the room — session content is confidential, governed by your coaching agreement. The exceptions to this would be when we encountered gross illegality that we were obliged to report to proper authorities, or where we had serious concerns about your safety and wellbeing, or that of someone else. Your coach will discuss confidentiality with you at the outset of any coaching engagement. Where sessions are recorded for professional credentialing, that happens only with your prior consent, and under an additional agreement. You can withdraw at any time. Recordings go only to credentialing assessors and supervisors, and educational institutions associated with assessment and training. They are typically deleted once that purpose is complete, but some institutions may need to hold onto the files for a few years to fulfil that purpose - this will be covered in the agreement you make with your coach.

Business contacts. We hold the work contact details of people at organisations we work with, or have talked about working with, to manage those relationships and send an occasional newsletter on leadership and coaching (lawful basis: legitimate interest). If you'd rather not receive it, every edition has an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it — no hard feelings. If you signed up yourself, the basis is consent; withdraw it the same way.

Associates and suppliers. We hold what's needed to work together and to keep the records the law requires.

Sharing. The providers who run our email, scheduling, video, newsletter, and bookkeeping process information under contract and on our instructions; where data leaves the UK, recognised safeguards apply. Beyond that, we share only what you'd expect: logistics with your sponsoring organisation where it has commissioned your coaching — never the content of sessions — credentialing material with professional bodies, and anything the law requires. We never sell personal information.

Retention. Engagement and financial records: six years. Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe or the relationship lapses.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use — for marketing, absolutely and without giving a reason. Email us and we'll respond within a month. If we get something wrong, we'd value the chance to put it right. Please contact us at hello@fuseco.uk to discuss. Failing that, the Information Commissioner's Office is at ico.org.uk.
